flowers looked sloppy, hurried. Card? Yes I wanted a card! Not my message printed on a piece of paper with all the other details, I wanted a card! It’s part of the experience! What is she supposed to save for her memories? A piece of paper? I grew up in a funeral home, Your work is sub par.

So sorry for your disappointment. We do our best to provide fresh product for our customers and succeed in making most happy. We would be happy to discuss this further. The design you received is in the English country style with fresh flowers meant to bloom as time passes rather then wilt in one day. As for funeral flowers, most of them are very structured and very open so there is a presentation "wow" factor for the memorial. They are not meant to last . Gifts going to the home are meant to last beyond a day or 2. This is from a florist who had family in funeral home business..

With feedback like this I had to call the owner and thank her because a 5 star rating isn't enough. People need to hear the work the did mattered. I highly recommend Edmonds Floral Studio!
